6.5 12/15 ? Finalize colors, materials, and finishes
6.6 12/15 ? Finalize audio and lighting design
6.7 12/15 ? Finalize exhibit security staff requirements
6.8 12/15 RC, JR Review construction and procurement procedures and capabilities
6.9 12/15 ? Review and approval by core participants
6.10 12/30 ? Final acceptance of production by MIT.

Mid-point in project
All work is production-oriented from this point on and core participants should know what they are going to do, when they are scheduled to do it and that the equipment they need will be available.
