PROJECT
DESCRIPTION

There are three parts:

1. m>a>p
2. 2d->3d
3. dance

1. m>a>p
m>a>p stands for multiple acquired perceptions. Just as we embody our senses to perceive space, so the M>A>Ps are html documents that incorporate multiple data types. Each m>a>p includes one interactive feature. They will evolve during the time of PORT.

2. 2d->3d
This is a machine to converts flat html pages into three dimensional worlds.

3. dance
Each week, an on-line interactive 3D world Dance is held using Blacksun's Cyberhub.

Marek Walczak is an architect who has recently turned to using the Internet as a design tool.
MIKE
MITTELMAN
Mike Mittelman is a student of art and architecture at Wesleyan University.
MARK
JAMES
Mark James is an Internet programmer, editor and writer.
SOPHIA
WARSH
Sophia Warsh is a student of painting and architecture at Bennington College.
JESSE
GILBERT
Jesse Gilbert is a composer whose work addresses various aspects of physical space.
HENNING
KNUEPPEL
Henning Kneuppel is a student at Baruch College who has recently learned some Java.
