Hello,

We host the Virtual Communities conference on the Well, and were recently
pointed to a page on your site containing the full text of one of our
discussion topics.

The URL is
http://artnetweb.com/iola/journal/history/Vassilios/xenophobia.html if
you're not familiar with it.

We'd like you to remove the Well material from your site. Such reposting
violates Well policy and is an infringement of copyright.

If Vassilios wants the text of his own postings to be available, that is of
course not a problem.

We look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Sincerely,
Paul Bissex

OK, though I would argue that it hasn't been "reposted" but archived as part of
the history of artnetweb that I'm compiling. The incident was an important act
of networking that created a bridge between the Well, Echo, artnetweb, The
Thing and who knows what else. If there are further developments I'd appreciate
knowing about them.
