We've designed artnetweb to be simple to navigate so that the contents are easy to locate no matter what browser you are, or will be, using. We keep the graphics to a minimum until you reach a specific file where they are important as content and rely on a list format for the basic index pages. If you find the site confusing please let us know. Below is a basic overview of the navigational tools you find.
Index
The INDEX gives you an overview of what's inside and can be access in two ways:
High Bandwidth
The HIGH BANDWIDTH Index is graphical and may take too long to download if you are accessing by modem. The subject banners link to the sub-index for specific areas.

Low Bandwidth
The LOW BANDWIDTH Index is mostly text and contains direct links to everything on the site. It may be easier to find things here.
